I ordered a Debenhams voucher a few weeks ago and it arrived about 6 days later. I would email them and see if it got lost somewhere.

What do you do if you make a mistake? Like I think I missed scanning the price discount barcode when stuff had been reduced.
Also, do you have to transmit after each shop or can i do all my little shops, scan them all and then transmit once at the end of the week?

Hi, you only need to upload your barcodes once a week, before midnight on Sunday, including any receipts. I scan my stuff as I buy it, and then on Saturday upload both receipts and barcdoes and transmit.

If you make a mistake, try to scan the correct barcode.
