Has anyone elses batteries gone in their scanner? mine has fizzled out lol....they are sending me new batteries, mini screwdriver and have sent me a link to a video to show how to replace them hehe...

yes mine went after 2 weeks and the batteries and screwdriver arrived within 48 hrs0

You need to transmit your codes weekly-but if you didn't do shopping one week still transmit to get the points for that week (if that makes sense). You get 1000 weekly, and when you get 10 000 you can get a £10 voucher. take a look on their site for more details on that.

You need to scan all the shopping that you do-because it wouldn't be any use to them if you just did selected items. they are interested in your shopping as a whole.
