Hello there
I have £40 Curry's vouchers and I need a decent digital camera. My budget is around £100
I am a bit overwhelmed with all the choice, can anyone give me a few pointers on what features I should be looking for, to help narrow the choice down.

I like the idea of one that comes with a charger, and I would like a small one, so it can fit in pockets, handbags.
I will be mainly taking pictures of friends and family, but I would like something that is techincally nifty.
Any input would be greatly received.
Thanks

I've had a quick look on Currys website. If your budget is £100, personally I wouldn't buy a Kodak (had one once, it was a PITA, although other people like them well enough) so for me that would really only leave one option, the NIKON Coolpix S2500.
It's a shame you're restricted to buying from Currys. Having £100 to spend elsewhere would give you alot more choice.2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

Something like http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5593543/Trail/searchtext>FUJI.htm
But I think it is an Argos only item. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and am blew away with it. A bit chunkier than a compact, so if you go for this ask to see it before you buy in Argos
Maybe spend the £30 on accessories and find the other to get something like this?
Your chcoice would be a lot better if not restricted to CurrysThere are 10 kinds of people that understand binary

Rather than buy from Currys, I'd suggest considering getting one of the Casio Exilim series from Amazon (there are a few models around £60 with free delivery although you'll need to get a memory card) and use the Currys vouchers for a kettle or something.
The Casios are good, robust and very pocketable cameras, easy to use and produce pretty nice snaps. Linky to example. There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

Light weight and slim, seems easy enough to use, I look forward to trying it out!0
