  • Hi Lynzpower,

I guess this is too late for your tea tonight, but I wondered about pork and leeks in a creamy sauce?

This isn't a recipe, but I love ready steady cook, so bear with me!

maybe soften the leeks and seal the pork? Add some stock and a touch of 'gentle herbs', maybe a touch of sage? And simmer gently for 10 or 15 mins? Add the mushrooms in quarters, cook til everything is cooked. I'd take it off the heat and stir in the creme fraiche to make a creamy sauce.

I'd serve it with some pasta.

And if you need to serve more folk, just cook the veggies as a side dish?

Hope that sounds tasty for next time!
