The second crash has begun

Not even the usual rudeness of the bulls on this site can hurt my mood on this lovely happy day. Land registry, nationwide and halifax all reported healthy loses the last few days in spite of unprecedented government stimulus. I am very happyI am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j0

Well thats good.
You are normally such a miserable !!!!er, you drag the whole board down 'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
Does the crash end when house prices are up 0.5% next month on the same index's?0

Yes, we could be in for many plummets and soaring booms of up to a staggering 1% in the months ahead.
There could even be simultaneous booms and bust across the different indices. If someone could point out how to buy on one index and sell on another we could all be billionaires when this rollercoaster is over.0 -
As long as interest rates remain low it is unlikely we will see a serious shakeout of the bubble, worse still it may inflate again.
Bear in mind that inflation eats into the price as well though!0 -
Phew!
Just signed on again and seen this post! Wow! There was just time to rush down to Sainsbury's. Absolutely cleared their shelves of corned beef, baked beans, and tomato soup. They even had a hi-viz jacket for both of us. Didn't have tin hats, but cycling helmets will have to do.
We are both sitting here, now, lights turned out. Torch at the ready. All our house equity is about to be stolen from us, before our very eyes. This time tomorrow, £200K equity will have gone. The day after? Who knows. Another £200K.
Please, please, please, we are desperate. Instructions awaited. What can I do? I'm not sure we can last much longer. Mrs Loughton Monkey is starting to panic..... please help..... SOS..... May Day.....0 -
Haha, the bulls are on the run!! Crash is coming. I am astonished house prices are crashing despite the current low IR and massive government stimulus still in place!hahahahaI am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j0
