The second crash has begun

It is undeniable that the second house price crash has begun. It is frightening to think where this will all end. Spending cuts havent even had their effect yet and house prices are already plumetting at around 1% a month.

The BoE and government have no where to hide this time around. Rates cant go any lower, the government cant spend anymore! The crash is on.

I am so happy. Soon prices will be back to where they belong. I will be able to buy a house for 20% less in 18 months if this current trend continues. But I suspect the trend will INCREASE and become a rapid race to the bottom.

The bulls have really been shattered by this months news. The house price crash is here ladies and gentlemen. :T
I am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j

Do you remember when you was a kid and went to village fete's?

They had some idiot like B Blank in mock stocks. I used to throw 3 wet sponges at their head for 5 pence.

OK, I admit it. I'm sorry.

B Blank is my fake ID on here. I only post stuff like that because I'm an attention seeker.

No point. I'll have used said crystal ball to win it all on Tuesday.
