I am after some advice really, I have a Virgin Credit Card which I have had for some time - paid it off and loaded it up several times but last year realised I was paying a fortune extra for PPI which I didn't realise I had - cancelled it once I realised (even when trying to cancel this on the phone they were pressuring me to keep it going). I am in full time employment but none of this was discussed at the time of me taking the card and I have no recollection of having agreed to PPI.
What are my chances of reclaiming the PPI that I have paid in the past?
Hope you can help me.....xx

Hi there
Its best to be protected in case the worse did happen, but you do not have to have the insurance with the lender, there are stand alone policies you can purchase, but always make sure its suited to all your requirements.
However, if you feel you have grounds to reclaim on the ppi follow the details below to step 3 of completing the reclaim questionnaire, send to head office or whom set up and sold you the account, keep copies and allow 8 weeks for a decision.

I have received a response today with my SAR information - still not clear whether I ticked the box with regard to PPI or whether it was already selected it just says 1 YES...?
Wondering now whether to progress this further - what do you think guys?
