i was watching chelsea last night and the tv screen went blank i turned the tv of then tried turning the tv on again but it still had a blank screen all i had was the power indicator flashing green and red alternately, according to the manual this indicates a fault and recommends calling out a service engineer. it is a Sony tv under 4 years old i am going to ring Sony this morning to see what a repair will cost, is it worth repairing or should i just bite the bullet and buy a new tv?
