How long after recieving a WEM do you recieve the prize?

Ive only been comping since mid-March and i've had a few wins from various companies. My biggest win being a brand new mobile phone, which i won on the Thursday and recieved by Saturday.

I had a WEM mid April for a competition and have yet to recieve the prize. Apart from emailing back to confirm my address i have had no further contact with the company. I was just wondering how long others have waited to recieve their prizes? And whether they started to chase it up after a certain time had passed? Please feel free to share your experience.

Could be days, could be weeks. Normally thay say to allow 28 days.

Don't forget there have been a lot of Bank Holidays since mid April.
