Question re Old Welcome Finance Loan

I had a loan with Welcome Finance about 5 years ago (all paid off) which i know for definite had PPI on it.
Unfortunately, i can't seem to find any paperwork for this loan - would there be any way of getting copies?

Hi there
As long as you have the account number of that loan which you can track down on your bank statements, and your reasons for being mis sold, you can continue to make the reclaim, the loan account number is normally shown next to the loan monthly repayments, if you bank online and still with the same bank this should allow you to go back approx 7 years.
Step 3 below, complete questionnaire, send to whoever responsible for setting up your account, head office or complaints dept, keep copies and allow 8 weeks for a decision.
