hello, i hope someone can help!
i have a sony tv and have it registered and have previously watched love film internet films on it no problem but with a different email address to what we are using with love film now
it says my account is not active,it is as i have dvds here from them
lovefilm say i need to change the email address with sony?? means nothing to me
rang sony and they didnt seem to know and told me to ring john lewis who i bought it from?
please tell me there is a simple way of doing this someone lol

You need to change the email address on the sony TV to what email address you currently use with lovefilm - it will be in the settings for the lovefilm service on the TV.0
