Loyal customer for almost 10 years!!

Grrr! Just trying to vent off some anger this morning

Just phoned Barclaycard to ask for 0% balance transfer offer to be told quite simply "no". I am quite annoyed at this although I am aware they are under no obligation to give me this but I have been a very loyal customer for many years and (due to the instant rage) I have closed my account with them :(

I done the same with a different cc last year and I had only been a customer with them for around 1 year and we happily agreed an interest free balance transfer so I guess I just assumed Barclaycard would be as willing to do the same...

Never mind I have now gone through the recomendations on this site and been approved for a new cc with 18 month 0% :T

Goodbye Barclaycard, have enjoyed my spending with you for the past 10 years....

Counts for nothing with banks these days.

Why the frowney? Probably the best thing you could have done.
    Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries
