    My friend has sent a letter requesting the PPI to be refunded.

    Thanks for all your help & i'll update when I can.

    We did the same, we even got a copy of the trans script of the call! we then sent the next letter saying ok we will go to court and we got a lovelly big refund! halfed the debt and a nice cheque!

    Now in control and will be Debt free by 2014
