HTC Desire won't play any videos

Hello there,

I was wondering if someone could help me.

I got an HTC Desire through Orange a few months ago. Generally I'm happy with it, but I have never been able to play a video on it.

I've tried You Tube, BBC and just general ones but can't get anything to work. You Tube says there has been a problem playing this video, and the BBC just times out.

Can anyone help me with what the problem might be? I'll apologise now if you ask me any technical questions as I'm a bit rubbish!

As a guess I'd say you didn't have the flash plugin for it as that is how the videos are sent from those websites. I would search for flash from adobe on the market and see if its available for your phone.
