extractor fan and wind

Hi

I have an extractor fan in the bathroom, and the flaps on the external part of the fan outlet rattle in the wind and if it is particularly windy then the bathroom gets cold because of the draft. I have thought about putting a cover over the outlet that would allow the extractor to still function, but I am wondering what would be suitable to use. I cannot find a product for this application

Cheers in advance
