The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.

You will need to use something called a Bureau de Change.
Most banks and post offices as well as many high street travel agents offer bureau de change services.
Perhaps if you provide a little more information we could provide you with a little more specific help.Optimists see a glass half full
