Halifax state that they offer an interest free overdraft for 1 year after graduation. I graduated almost 3 years ago now, and it still says I'm using a student account and that I have the interest free overdraft (never been charged overdraft fees).
Is it possible that if they work out their mistake I could be back-charged fees?

I'd be very surprised if they did that.
Best thing to do is just keep quiet and see how long it continues
