Camping and Leisure World Praise

We set out to buy a new tent on Saturday and found one on the internet for a very reasonable price with free next day delivery. We wanted to look at it first though so found a local stockist, Camping and Leisure World in Frensham.

We had a good look at it, and decided to buy it although it was £100 more expensive at the shop :eek:

They advertised price match, so we asked them to match the online price and they did without any quibble.

Got it home and put it up and found a toggle missing so took the offending part back to the shop for a replacement and the lovely man behind the till gave us a £20 voucher for our inconvenience.

Big thank you to the staff, and highly recommended to anyone wishing to purchase any camping equipment (although check online prices first!)

This is great news. Yes, the online one may have been advertised cheaper, but after delivery and all the grief of getting a replacement toggle, high street wins out! And the high street guys price matched as well, great news to hear.
