    It seems from the wesbite that it's free entry, not just to exhibitions inside. Hope that helps.

    Just received mine today and found out it gives free entry to Audley End House and Gardens. Fantastic, as it costs £12.70 per person!!

    If I'm not mistaken, to get into Kew Palace you have to pay the Kew Gardens entrance.

    Can anyone recommend any of these to visit?

    Would recommend the Foundling Museum, though it's heartbreaking too. The Foundling Hospital was founded in the 1700s as a place for women to take their children to if they couldn't afford to keep them. Part of the exhibition is a display of little tokens some of the mothers had left with their babies - sometimes just a button or a ribbon, but absolutely heartbreaking. It's very interesting to visit.

    It's only a short walk from the Charles Dickens Museum so you could easily do both on the same day and then perhaps explore Lincoln's Inn Fields http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lincoln's_Inn_Fields which is nearby.
