Free LCD TV? (MFI)

Hi
I bought bedroom furniture from MFI. It came with a free LCD TV making the offer really good.
Problem is, the furniture was delivered 2 month s ago and the TV still hasn't arrived. They (MFI) did say that the TV would arrive upto 28 days after the furrniture but this is 2 months.
I've phoned a couple of times and I'm expecting a callback over the next few days. Hopefully it will be resolved but I wonder how many people are in the same position.
I use a geographic telephone number from saynoto0870.com but, if I had to use the 0870 number, I would be less likely to chase them. Maybe they hope people forget that they are due a free TV?
