i am taking tentative ebay steps....how do you best sell baby clothes, piggers?
I don't.. noone wants them.. mummies love baby shopping so unless it is a one off outfit with a very good brand name I don't bother.. I pass them on to the next person to spawn.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
I've found the best way to sell baby clothes on ebay is to 'bundle' them... so say a pile of 5 or 6 tops in 3-6m paired with a couple of trousers, and then the same for 0-3m. Don't expect a lot for them though, probably only a couple of quid at the most. Branded stuff like Next, Mothercare etc will go for more.
I've found myself surrounded by mess this week. I managed to tidy up Monday and Tuesday but life since then has become a blur of sleepless nights again. Yesterday I was actually throwing up through tiredness. OH kept the little man downstairs with him all night and I got 9hrs straight last night so feeling much better today. Feeling a bit guilty that he had to have formula as there wasn't enough milk in the fridge but we are all much happier for it so I'll have to get over it lol.
I have managed to catch up on the washing up in the sink and wiping kitchen sides down etc and clearing the floor in the front room, but have decided everything else can wait until monday now. My daughter hasn't had much time with me as I've been so tired I haven't been playing with her much or I've been seeing to my son (12weeks) that she's been getting jealous, so she needs some mummy daughter time. Is 3.5yrs too young to go to the cinema? Been debating it for a few weeks now as to whether I could trust her to sit still long enough.Mummy to beautiful 5yr old girl and a gorgeous 1yr old boy:D0 -
Whinge alert.... feel free to skip this post.
I'm so exhausted I'd cry, but I don't have the energy.:(
It's taken me til now to catch up with the Fred; I have orange lights dancing in front of my eyes, keep having to put the netbook down after reading a couple of posts.:(
So glad I got ahead on Wednesday; did zero flying yesterday, but we did go into town and do a lot of errands, then went to the cinema yesterday evening.
So my list looks like this, and tbh, is unlikely to get any more crossed off.:(

It really does take the pleasure out of things, to know I'll feel rotten the next day; sort of puts me off going anywhere.
Mr LW hasn't said any more about that 60's party at the pub - I'm hoping he's forgotten all about it, as I really really do not want to attend.:eek:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

That way it is only 10 minutes a day. I tend to only list stuff that I'll get at least £4+ or it doesn't seem worth it HTH
Thanks, that definitely helps.
Good job I set my alarm for my sleep on sofa - actually nodded off (even though S, 4 year old was lying on top of me
) and the alarm went at 3.15 - just as we should be leaving! Luckily S rides his bike now so we went whizzing off with the dog, got Z and back home again!
Doing meatballs with spaghetti from the Mr S meals for £50 for 4 on the online shopping; looks nice but only time will tell as I have a way of turning things out not quite as they may look in the picture!
LameWolf, sorry you feel so tired honey and you are not whinging. It's good that you went out, I know you feel rotten today but if you're anything like me sometimes you need to see something other than the same 4 walls all the time. Big hugs twinnie x
Gratefulforhelp, I didn't bother selling baby clothes as you get peanuts for them unless they're designer which neither of mine ever had.
Off for another cup of tea and to get the kids a snack and then better see what I've got to do for this dinner; wish me luck

Vanilla, I just wish I would take my own advice......

T'wasn't me and I'm rubbish at it - trying to find the cricket studs for the new shoes I have on ebay which were inside them for a year and have vanished.
I've rescued the kitchen, about to cook dinner and get the washing in. Must do some ironing tonight. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
