Hi

Can anyone help?

I have been discharged from a trust deed for 3 years. I now have 25% deposit and I'm trying to get a mortgage. Our yearly income is £96K and I'm looking for a mortgage of £180K with a £60K deposit....credit scoring still an issue!

Are there companies out there that just specialise in people like us trying to rebuild?
