Working tax credits 30 hour element query ?

Hi , me and my wife (also have a 4 yr old) claim child and working tax credits, my question is regards working tax credits, if my wife works 30 hours and i didnt work would we still get the 30 hour element. I was reading on the direct gov website and it appears that either we would get the element obviously if our hours combined to 30 but it said that at least one has to do 16 hours a week so does this mean even if she did 30 would i still have to do the 16 hours or would we get the 30 hour element without me working any hours.
thanks.
thanks.

Yes as long as one of you do 30 hours a week. For people with children, they allow that to be split with atleast one doing 16 hours a week, but that doesn't mean it has to be.0
