I have to say I always buy meat and poultry from my local butcher, I know where his fields are and I know him and his staff, so I trust his produce.

Same here, anyone in south cheshire area pm me for the name of an excellent butcher who can tell you which farms his meat comes from locally.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

The company you named, buy in chickens from other countries including Denmark and Asia. They do have their own hatchery as well tho':coffee:0 -

i'm sure if ou look at the ingredients on ur thai chicken you'll likely see: chicken(48%), maize, wheat....garbage fillers etc
The way forward is to keep your own coup... though that's almost impossible living in 2nd floor rented accommodation in south belfast (no garden)LOL
