Missing payment

My lodger pays me every month by direct debit, however for a 2 month period I received nothing from her, tbh I didnt notice til the 3rd month as I have been stupid busy and she had been reliable for years
This happens to be about the time her bank (Lloyds tsb) upgraded her account, she "claims" that on her account is shows the money going out and on the system my banks details are correct. She claims Lloyds tsb are investigating.
How long should it take them (Lloyds tsb) to investigate and resolve this?
In the mean time I am asking her to prove that her account shows the payment going out

Work on the principle she's lying.
10 seconds to confirm the bank details used on the standing order are correct.
A few days for a trace on the funds to prove where it went.
Has she shown you the payment on her bank statement?0 -
If she is lying I shall be kicking her out, but I am 99% sure she wouldn't lie as she has no need to and can easily pay it.
If we could just pretend she has provided proof of payment, I would like to know how long the bank should take0 -
If she does online banking she could easily print off a statement that shows payments made to your account.
Sorry, can't shed any light on how long Lloyds would take to put matters right.0 -
An account upgrade would not have effected her standing order at all unless she cancelled or changed the details herself.
The bank could print out instantly a copy of the standing order detail to give her to check with you.0 -
If they do show on her bank statement - and get her to print proof for you (blocking out balances and other transaction details) - then she needs to speak to her bank and get the payments traced.
Upgrading her account should not have affected them at all.0
