help needed!!!! please

My wife has had a letter sent to her rented out house regarding non payment of a fixed penalty fine which was from a company car,her licence is registered at our house and her work use our address.this has been to the court and been awarded £625 and 6 points...we weren't even aware letters been sent to the wrong address and it was 3 points £60 fine but because of non payment it has gone though court.
PLS PLS some advise needed.

Speeding was no doubt the first offence and she has been convicted of failing to name the driver.

sorry,yes speeding was the offence from a fixed camera she was doing 58 mph in 50 zone.The company she works for recieved the fixed points and fine and suppiled the powers that be the wrong address.She has had changed addresses with her company 6 months before hand and the same with her licence.Ive had an e mail off her tennant today that there is a letter from the courts for her.The letter was the letter saying the court has decieded on £625 and 6 points because of non payment of the fixed fine-of which we haven't recieved.
