Padlock I can't get open

we had a padlock with no key on a gate of a house we moved in to. Hacksaw didn't touch it but borrowed bolt cutters that got it off straight away.0

If the WD40 doesn't work and you still aren't able to use cutting equipment try proper mechanics releasing fluid - not cheap but a little goes a long way.0

Thanks all for your replies. WD40 didn't work.
Hinges aren't visible, they are all built into the plastic. No point getting 4 men to lift shed up as it has a built in base.
Sigh. Looks like I'm off to b & q tomorrow for bolt cutters.
I'll get there in the end.
