Hi all, this is my first post on this site and I don't know if I've put it in the right section.

I currently work for as a Sessional Worker on a zero hour contract for an organization, but I was working at a different project orginally, I recently found out that everyone has been paid a "loyalty" bonus of £300 pounds.

To be egiable you had to start working from the 1st of April 2010 (which was my start date) and work a year but my contract was only for a year and ended the 31st of March 2011 as a full time staff member.

I'm working for the same company on a zero hour contract which I had to fight for when head office said the sessional list was full and there was no hours, and I wasnt getting an interview. After my manger at the time fought my case and got me an interview. I got the job within the first two weeks I've worked nearly 80 hours and now Im the first person they ring if they want shifts done.

I'm looking for some advice and help and I'm wondering if i have a leg to stand on with both counts?

Thanks
