I logged on to House earlier this morning to check my latest bill, there didn't seem to be any problems then.

Seemed to be fine this morning, although I have to admit it seems to be more down than up.
I have been pretty dissapointed with it in general but it keeps my house paper free and I guess it saves a few trees.

Thats exactly how I feel about the site!

It is really slow and seems to forever be undergoing 'improvements or essential maintenance' i.e. not working!!

The site is ok, BUT the e-billing section is appalling.

Bills never seem to be available, due to constant tinkering/repair/upgrades.

    Bill history vanishes to obscurity.

Payments disappear before completion, leaving you to have to go to your bank to see what is happening. Sometimes payment is taken twice with no indication, A PLACE TO AVOID.

I am still waiting for a cheque to redress a payment (£160) taken twice on 11th Nov, which caused me to become overdrawn at bank, and after hours on the phone, constantly being told to wait as " it takes 21 days to arrive" huh! and "they dont have MY money as they wrote a cheque out to me on the 14th " !!!!!!!!!!!!!, seems they employ naiive folks in customer services too.

Last bill with them, but they have my money, grrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have noticed that they seem to have changed the bill history,I wanted to check my bill from this time last last year,to compare with the present one,but I could only access the last 2 bills.

I can check electric bills for the last year on Powergen,so why have House changed ?
