Or buy a juicer and make your own. believe me - you wont BELIEVE how much different it tastes to the cartons!

From concentrate, as said, means the water has been removed, the juice then transported, then water added. The problem with this is that you loose certain vitamins and minerals when the water is removed. So "not from concentrate" is more healthier for you. But as that is pasturised, some vits and minerals as also lost, so the best thing to do is buy a juicer and make it fresh every day ;)

Asda do an orange "juice drink" which is diluted but actually works out more expensive than buying the normal kind and diluting it yourself.
I avoid anything that calls itself an orange juice drink. That means its got sugar added and diluted,in effect you are buying squash,in a carton.

I have always bought 'Not from Concentrate' , as I was under the impression the 'From concentrate' was diluted and the processing also gives them a chance to add stuff . Not from concentrate is the nearest you can get to fresh orange but I suppose thats no guarantee that things aren't added to it..but it tastes nicer and thats good enough reason for me

Too right. I just finished off a carton of Tesco Not From Concentrate Orange and Mango Juice. It says on the carton, 90% squeezed orange and 10% Mango puree. I guess it would be better if it was actually squeezed Mango, but it's close enough.

Agreed. Just as good as those big brand ones. Tropicano for one.

I've already got a smoothy maker. I'll be digging it out soon enough.

I don't touch those dilute drinks that get labelled as a fruit drink. Robinsons for example. It's because it's not actually fruit juice. I don't even think they have fruit in them. fruit flavouring maybe, but no fruit.
