Alpharooms Groupon (not about cancellations)

I am attempting to use this Groupon, but can't seem to find anywhere to enter my code. I've progressed all the way to the screen where you enter your credit card info, but nada. Has anyone else used this voucher and maybe can give me some pointers?

haven't done it myself but I believe there is a place to enter voucher codes on the very first screen you come to.

Ah thanks! Found the spot, will check it out. The Groupon site says to look for something specifically Groupon, so I think I skimmed right over that other bit.

Ha! Just got it to work, but the results list is not the same. I call SCAM! Writing to Groupon now.

One of the issues could be that some hotels are "pay hotel direct", so can't be included.
Not defending them though as I don't rate Alpharooms at all, I've found them very poor regarding customer service and the way they treat customers.
I also noticed a lot of changes from the day before the vouchers could be activated to when they could be used. Others also reported increases of around £30, hence wiping out the voucher saving.
I've just used my voucher (we had 2 and hubby used his), yet I haven't been sent my hotel voucher despite having an email stating everything has been sent and despite twice trying to re-send my voucher by logging in. Just another hurdle to get over!!!!!
Pester them again tomorrow, but expecting to fight for my voucher.
I will update when/if I get it.
Far too many issues with Alpharooms, surely it can't just be coincidence??

Lynsey, that did turn out to be the problem, but really that's a load of crap. If this is the case, it should have been clearly noted on Groupon's offer page originally. Have written them again today. In my case, the choice of 26 hotels in Bristol diminished to 6. Code-free search yields about ten hotels 50-75 quid/night, with the code only one and it's on the motorway! (others in city).

Bogus.
