I cant help noticing theres another house "parked" on the drive. As the "neighbour" is more modern - I'm guessing its a particularly obvious case of "Honey I sold the garden":mad:

I just looked at it on the streetview, and it isn't a garden sale, the house next door is about the same age as the one for sale. (it is down the street to the right a couple of clicks from where it lands you on the site)
