Ye gods - what an oddly laid out house. But one would surely take one look at it from the front and think "Not sympathetically extended then....:cool:" and have mentally knocked £20k off the price before even walking through the front door...

EDIT: and, having now seen the second agents' details, I've just mentally knocked some more off because the "unsympathetic extension scenario" is worse than I thought...

Same house, with 3 different agents now, two shown here.

It has just been 'significantly reduced'. I can't remember what it started at, IIRC it was 240k, perhaps someone can confirm. So why hasn't it sold?

Maybe due to the poor pic of one of the bedrooms, mainly focusing on the loo roll and rear view mirror on the windowsill. Or the dead plants in the garden.
