Here it is again, listed with a different agent for £25K more.

All the odd animals have been removed...maybe they think that will add £25k to the asking price. :rotfl:marlasinger0 -

That second picture....yeeesh!
Ye gods - what an oddly laid out house. But one would surely take one look at it from the front and think "Not sympathetically extended then...." and have mentally knocked £20k off the price before even walking through the front door...
EDIT: and, having now seen the second agents' details, I've just mentally knocked some more off because the "unsympathetic extension scenario" is worse than I thought...0 -

Maybe this agent told the to de-clutter and they did their bestI must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -
What I call a "slot-in" - ie there isnt room for a house there, but a developer built one there anyway. Obviously the bit of land being euphemistically called a front garden AND the land the house itself is on is actually just a stray bit of land besides the next door neighbours house (they must have been chuffed to little pieces to find they'd been changed from end terrace to mid terrace because of that developer).
The possibility that is has just been redeveloped for marketing beggers belief. They chose some of this decoration style?! I assumed the taste of stuff there was just things left over from the 20's.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -

It's nice inside though
I hate how expensive Oxford is- it's not even that close to the city centre (just outside the ring road).

Same house, with 3 different agents now, two shown here.
It has just been 'significantly reduced'. I can't remember what it started at, IIRC it was 240k, perhaps someone can confirm. So why hasn't it sold?

Maybe due to the poor pic of one of the bedrooms, mainly focusing on the loo roll and rear view mirror on the windowsill. Or the dead plants in the garden.

Or perhaps due to the washing drying on the radiator in pics 2 & 3.
Or is it that it is smack bang next to the M1? Just can be seen in Pic 10.
Whichever, I'd still rather spend my 190k on this than the one nr Oxford above .._____________________________________________Mortgage 1 £80k paid off july 2014Mortgage 2 £213k paid off May 20210 -
