How does one start up a travel club?

What are the legalities of starting up a club say for travelling etc?

And developing this into a full blown agency further down the line offering business/medical/health travel to a particular place in question?

how can one present oneself as a tour escort to a group of people as a business get paid for it?

Are you doing something like Coach Trip (C4) or a travel agent as you have mentioned three different types of business in three paragraphs.

This would be I guess a tour escort service. When people arrive at the destination they are then escorted around their pre arranged and agreed itinerary areas for a fee. The fee charged for this would pay for the escort's flight and stay in a hotel with the guests in that country.

Im talking about abroad not in the UK. :D

Well established companies such as Page and Moy already offer escorted holidays. How will you compete/offer better value?

Ive checked them out and the holiday experience we are offering is more personal. Not your usual rat run of tourist areas which is what this website offers, but taking tourists by the hand an immersing them into native life. Most guides charge upwards of 150 euros for 1 day. We would obviously offer something cheaper. Off the beaten track and around city areas that most tourists would like to see but dont. I have specialist knowledge and contacts in the destination I have in mind. All the big tour operators only have the usual bog standard areas on offer.
