Not clear whether Windows 7 already has the driver
This product is a module that expands the functionality of the printer driver for Canon Inkjet printers as included in Windows Vista and 7.

Have you tried below, it worked with Win7 64bit for my Canon i560 and HP laserjet 1320.Go to 'Devices and Printers', then 'Add printer', then 'Add local printer', then 'Use existing port'.
Click the down arrow at the end of the box, and select 'usb001' virtual printer port.
Click 'Next', then click the 'Windows update' box, and let it find the driver.
It may take a while, but it found the correct drivers for both of mine.Move along, nothing to see.0
