How (not) to use your Halifax Clarity CC
Comments
-
I used my clarity card for a cash withdrawal while abroad on 22nd march; returned to the UK late the next day and immediately paid off the cash advance + interest charged. My statement was generated on the 23rd reflecting purchases + cash advance (and interest charged) but my payment hadn't hit yet.
My question is: Would I still be charged interest daily on the cash advance until my payment is received? If so, how will I be able to pay off the (compound) interest seeing as my payments will always arrive in arrears in which time more daily interest may be charged? Am I seeing this the right way round or not?0
