Sent an iPhone off to them on Friday, money paid in full straight to the bank on Saturday morning, no fuss.

I too had great service from Mazuma. Placed the order Monday afternoon, received the envelope on Tuesday and sent off the phone. Wednesday morning, first thing, received email to say it was received. Wednesday 10.30am received email to say processed and payment on the way. Outstanding.0

Used Mazuma a couple of times myself. Never had any problems. I mean all phones broken (Two wouldn't charge properly), soo there was never really any need for a discrepancy there.0
