im really very confussed by the under 16 hours a week jsa rule.
i have been offered 13.5 hrs a work a wk and will end up being £90 for this.
but i was wondering how this would effect housing and ct benefit as there is no way i could live on £360 a month.
any help would be greatly appreciated as i have looked all over the net and its as clear as mud!
thanks in advance

Might still get help with Housing benefit and council tax.
Ask a JCP adviser to carry out a better of calculation for you, alternatively look at websites such as "entitled to" to get an idea of what you might be entitled to0
