Epson printer says *offline*

Hi

I have an Epson SX215 running on an iMac.

The printer info box is saying it's offline and nothing will print, how do I reset it to online?

I have an epson too and although I don't have a mac, I did have a similar problem. Try turning printer off and back on again. Also check the wires are fully attached. Also change USB slots - strangely that worked for me... Some ideas for the time being.

Thanks Grandmaster, yes it is, I changed the USB slots, turned it off and on again and voila! working printer, many thanks.

Good to hear! I didn't have any further options so I'm glad changing USBs worked!
