But he can cough up maintenance for the child when its born, even if he's claiming JSA he'll have to pay £5 a week.Be happy, it's the greatest wealth0 -
No, he doesn't live with her and their relationship is unlikely to continue much longer, based on his behaviour. He could pay maintenance, but he is unlikely to and it doesn't really resolve the issue with benefits that's affecting her at the moment. The situation is a bit of a mess.0

It would affect the condition of entitlement, i's the only reason I posted. If he's not a partner he doesn't matter0
