I would love to be able to do something from home like telephone appointment maker etc but I can't find anything myself that isn't a scam.
OP: go to the Up Your Income section of this forum. There's a thread on there about Optimum Contract, which is conducting surveys on the telephone. That might suit you.
Off the top of my head, there are also threads about mystery shopping, a couple about customer service operator jobs where you work at home, and another company called Lionbridge.
I don't have any personal experience of any of them, but the threads should tell you all you need to know.0 -
Thank you so much I've managed to have another look at our household budget and got it down to £172 overspend a month so hopefully with the tax credit adjustment we should be ok plus I'll look into Sixer's links too.
Hopefully my hubby can get transferred to our local tesco metro soon when it's built as that would mean he could walk to work andwe'd save soooooo much on our petrol and maybe they could give me a couple of days shifts a week for me around hubbys shifts, fingers crossed eh? x0 -

We had a strange situtation where I worked in Bristol during the week andstayed with my mum & dad then came down to our house on weekends, we bought a house in Wales because my hubby has more connections here andalso mainly because it's the only place we could afford to get a mortgage on an affordable house. Obviously when I became pregnant it all changed so I can't go back to the old way now I have my daughter.
.
Where in Wales are you?
I know several people that do a daily commute to Bristol, Bath and even Swindon from South Wales.I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care
Oh I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair0 -
