    same old cobblers as the gas safe/corgi men speak.
    ive seen far more dangerous work done by so called pros, than ever done by diy,ers.
    give me a competent diy,er anyday, over some dodgy pro.

    the regs maybe stricter these days, but most of that has been wanted/demanded by the trades, for vested interests.

    Now you've poked the fate dragon sharply in the bum. I now suspect that among the next interfering and unnecessary batch of laws from Brussels there will be an edict banning just that.
