are the prawns uncooked? ie grey? if so i would defrost, flour, egg dip, and breadcrumb, then cook for 15 mins in 200 oven. Check they're cooked by cutting one in half and checking it's pink.
if prawns already pink and cooked, i wouldn't as it would make them tough.

I'm not too sure actually whether they're frozen or not! I think they might be cooked as they were Tesco Finest ones on offer.
I've tried Tempura Prawns in the past, and it's been a hit with him and not me - I'm not a big fan of batter and the tempura batter I bought went on too thick for me. I might try this tempura recipe though! I've got some chillies so those might be nice mixed in.In the process of buying our first house :j Offer accepted 22/040 -
