Disability Living Allowance

I am on the lowest rate of care allowance as I cannot stand to make a meal etc due to foot problems !....I had yet another operation on the 13th of April and have been off my feet ever since, with the prospect of not being fit to walk for another month or two yet !....should I have informed those who need to be of my condition ??, as I can not even get out to shop etc !, all I can do is hobble back and forward to the bathroom and bedroom, and get taken to the hospital etc....is there an e-mail address I can get in touch with them on ??

if there has been a change in your care needs then you need to inform the DLA unit in Blackpool

I do agree, but the OP should be aware that it will not change their award due to the short term nature of his limitations.
