contacting halifax cc

Hi guys hope you can help, I want to get through to customer services at Halifax - I dont have the actual credit card anymore, cut up a long long time ago so I cant enter exp date as I dont know it. Every telephone option is asking for card details does anyone know how I can get round this and be able to talk to someone?

overdraft (1) -2950 overdraft (2) -246.00
total CC £12,661 :eek:

DFD 2016:eek::eek: (cant come soon enough)

    Just put anything in, it'll be wrong so will put you through to someone.

    Alternatively, press the buttons for being a new customer.

    I'll have another go, but I did just put any exp date in the automated voice said they were wrong.....off I go again!

    If no joy with them, I have a generic one too.

    Just press the zero button when you get through and it asks for the card no.
