Co-operative insurance email for complaints

Hi all,

Does anyone have an email address for notifying the Co-operative Insurance co. about a complaint?

The website wants it to be sent by post and the telephone number they give is only manned during office hours.

I have already sent a copy of the complaint email to that address as I got it from Googling. I was asking in case anyone had used a particular email address recently and knew that it worked.

I will post again if I get a reply from them in case it helps anyone else.
