Cut/copy/etc Button on Toolbar has gone!

Hi all when I turned on my computer yesterday, (Windows Vista using Vigin Media & Google Mail,) it 'suggested' I update to Interenet Explorer 9 - could not get rid of the message on my machine, so finally I downloaded the update.:o

Now The toolbar has changed and several of the buttons have gone, have managed to 'get round' a couple of missing ones but have tried everything to get back the Cut/Copy/Save/Paste one. I started this at 7am!!! and have got nowhere.:eek::eek:

Can anyone help me to get this feature back, PLEASE SOB SOB

Thanks. I went to this link > this feature is enabled on my machine already.Looking at the second answer from 'Wil Tell' I tried pressing the alt key but nothing happens, I don't even know what he means by the 'Command Bar'!
I would have like dto put my question to 'Will Tell' but I couldn't even find anywhere to sign in to this discussion!

So back at zero.:(

Why not right click and use the context menu to cut/copy/paste?

Thanks, unfortunately none of those things solved the problem and my computer was unusable with so much stuff missing.:(

In the end I uninstalled IE 9 and fortunately everything has gone back to as it was before:j
