order of modernisation works

We'll be hopefully buying a house soon that needs a lot of modernisation & general updating.
I've just realised that I have absolutely no idea in which order to get things done
We would need to get pretty much everything sorted, so plumbing, central heating, electrics, boiler re-sited, plastering and ceilings.
Would any kind soul have any advice on how to approach this daunting list? I keep going round in circles thinking that we can't do the plastering until the plumbing is done, but we also can't do the plumbing until the boiler is re-sited which requires the plastering......!

Well for the boiler you decided the site put in the piping and electric supply then the plaster then put in the boiler.0
