Buying a piece of land adjoining mine

There is a few small pieces of land left over from the developers on and near my street for sale. It's useless can never be built on is 1 metre wide by 25 metres in length with another parcel of land on another street approx 3 metres by 4 metres. The last parcel on yet another nearby street is about 2 metres wide by 4 metres in length. The value for all the parcels combined together is £1,000. The fees would be higher than the purchase price.:footie:
