NDL are a prize management company & a very good one at that. I won a holiday with Times Online & NDL arranged it all & because I'm disabled & the holiday wasn't suitable they adapted the prize for me, even changing the vouchers from Blacks outdoor wear to M&S, they couldn't do enough for me.
